WakeMed Mothers’ Milk Bank is one of 23 non-profit milk banks in the US. They provide safe, pasteurized donor human milk to babies in hospital NICUs in North Carolina and all along the east coast. Non-profit milk banks like WakeMed’s rely on the generosity of women who take the time and effort it requires to donate their milk, helping premature and fragile infants during their most vulnerable phase of life.
